ASUS has launched the ROG Rapture GT-AXE11000 at CES 2021; The world’s first WiFi 6E router

At CES 2021, ASUS launched many laptops, especially gaming. Most of them offer WiFi 6E connectivity and of course, we also have a new router dedicated to gamers with support for this standard. ROG Rapture GT-AXE11000 brings the latest features in the gaming world and beyond, offering WiFi 6E support for all compatible devices. All details below. The ROG Rapture GT-AXE11000 is the world’s first router to use the new 6 GHz frequency band, with up to 7 additional 160 MHz channels and the ability to connect a much larger number of devices. However, to benefit from all the features offered, you will need WiFi 6E compatible devices, such as the new ASUS Zephyrus DUO 15 SE.

The router is tri-band and supports combined networks of up to 11,000 Mbps (ideally). Thus, 1,148 Mbps in the 2.4 GHz band, 4,804 Mbps in the 5 GHz band, and 4,804 Mbps in the 6 GHz band. ROG Rapture GT-AXE11000, also has WAN aggregation for speeds up to 2 Gbps. With WiFi 6 4×4 support and a 2.5 Gbps WAN / LAN port, users can get multi-gigabit speeds on both cable and wireless. Inside, the router features a 1.8 GHz quad-core 64-bit processor and 1GB of RAM memory. The specifications allow parallel processing when receiving data from multiple state-of-the-art devices. Of course, the router is dedicated to gamers. This can be seen at first glance, the aggressive design, and RGB lighting being present here. We also have Game Boost for prioritizing network gaming devices. It also includes a 90-day free trial period of the Outfox gaming network, ensuring a fast and stable network to the game server.
